Where does Ground Zero Festival take place?

Ground Zero takes place at recreational area Bussloo, nearby Apeldoorn, in the Netherlands.

What’s the minimum age of Ground Zero Festival?

The minimum age for entering Ground Zero Festival is 18 years (at the day of the festival). Each visitor is obliged to carry a valid ID with him/her at all times. When asked for, a visitor should show his/her ID.

Until what time can you enter Ground Zero Festival?

You can enter our festival until 4 am. Ground Zero Festival takes place at 31st of august 2024.

Why haven’t I receive my tickets yet?

To prevent fraud and unwanted trade, the ticket(s) for this order are sealed. Your ticket(s) will become available on the 26th of August.

Is it possible to change the name on my ticket after I personalized it?

Yes you can easily change the name on your ticket. Please check the order confirmation you received in your e-mail after your purchase. Go to ‘my order’ and change the name on your ticket.

Where can I buy tickets for Ground Zero Festival?

In our official ticketshop or on our official resale platform. Don’t pay too much for tickets and don’t risk your money on the black market: buy tickets only via the official Ground Zero Festival website.

I bought a locker online. What now?

Elockers will send you a locker number and code on the 27th of august. This will be your locker for Ground Zero 2024!

I have bought a ticket but I can’t find it anymore, now what?

I want to sell my tickets!

To ensure everyone has a valid ticket upon entering Ground Zero Festival, we have decided to offer our ticket buyers an OFFICIAL resale platform.

Please check the order confirmation you received in your e-mail after your ticket purchase. Go to ‘manage order’ and click on ‘resale’, and then go to ‘sell your ticket.’ Select the ticket you want to offer for sale and determine the price.

My ticket is stolen, now what?

Unfortunately, the organisation does not refund stolen tickets. Be careful with your tickets!

How will I receive my tickets?

The tickets that you bought will be sent to the e-mail address that you registered at PayLogic. Mobile tickets will be sent to your mobile phone.

Is it possible to scan my ticket from my mobile phone?

Yes, it is possible to scan tickets from the screen of a mobile phone. Take into account that mobile connections are not always optimal at events. Be sure to download your tickets to your phone before visiting the event.

Yes, there will be plenty of lockers available at Ground Zero Festival.

How do I pay for my food and drinks at Ground Zero Festival?

You can pay for your food and drinks with tokens. Tokens can be bought at several points at the festival.

Am I allowed to bring food and drinks?

No, it is not allowed to bring your own food and drinks to Ground Zero Festival. There will be a varied offer of food and drinks at the event.

Are drugs allowed at the festival?

A ZERO TOLERANCE drug policy applies at Ground Zero Festival. Both hard drugs and soft drugs are not allowed on the festival terrain.

Can I take photos at Ground Zero Festival?

You are allowed to bring your (digital) camera with you. Make sure you take a lot of photos and share them with us on Instagram and Facebook via #GroundZeroFestival. Professional photography and video equipment is not permitted at the festival.

Can I park my car at Ground Zero Festival?

Yes, there is enough parking space for cars. More information about parking can be found here.

Is it possible to visit Ground Zero Festival by bus?

Yes that's possible. You can book a bus through one of our travel partners or organize a bus trip yourself. More information about buses can be found here.

Can I visit Ground Zero with a shuttle bus transfer?

Yes, you can take a shuttlebus from NS Station Apeldoorn to our venue & back. Click here for more info!
