THIS PRIVACY POLICY FORMS PART OF THE LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU (‘YOU’) AND GROUND ZERO BV (‘WE’, ‘US’, ‘OUR’, OR ‘GROUND ZERO’).

YOU SHOULD READ THIS PRIVACY POLICY CAREFULLY, SINCE IT DESCRIBES THE TYPES OF INFORMATION WE COLLECT, HOW WE COLLECT AND USE INFORMATION, THE CIRCUMSTANCES IN WHICH WE DISCLOSE OR SHARE INFORMATION AND HOW YOU CAN ACCESS, UPDATE OR DELETE CERTAIN INFORMATION WE HAVE COLLECTED ABOUT YOU.

By using our website, including (but not limited to) our ticket shop (collectively the ‘Website’) and/or our services, including (but not limited to) the organisation of events of, and (you) visiting such events (the ‘Service’), you agree to this privacy policy (‘Privacy Policy’). Your use of the Website and/or the Service is governed by this Privacy Policy.

Information we collect
We collect information to provide optimum services to all visitors of our Website and Services. We may collect information from you directly when you use our Website, the websites of our affiliates or when you use the Service. In addition, we may collect information about you from our business partners, such as ticket buyers and sellers and event space providers. We use the term ‘Personal Information’ to refer to any information you provide in connection with your use of the Website and the Service by which you can be personally identified (such as but not limited to your name, address, telephone number, email address, IP address, date of birth and any other information which might reasonably be used to identify you). If you provide or submit your Personal Information to us, you always have the right to review, update and/or delete your Personal Information, subject to our obligations to comply with legal, regulatory, internal audit and record-keeping requirements.

What we learn from you
How you interact with the Website and which Services you use shows us what you care about and what might be of interest to you. When you access the Website or use the Service, we may use technology that can recognize, collect and/or transmit information that is associated with you, but which does not personally identify you. The information and Personal Information described above may be collected, categorised and stored in our ‘marketing intelligence cloud’, enabling us to provide the Services and the Websites on a personalised level, including (but not limited to) using your information and Personal Information as described below under ‘How we use your information and Personal Information’ and ‘How we share your information and Personal Information’.

Advertising cookies and opt-out mechanism
We use third-parties to serve ads and collect information when you visit our Website for targeted advertising. Some of these companies use cookies to track information about your visits to our Website and other websites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services that may be of interest to you. You may opt out of having your information used for targeted advertising by disabling cookies.   4. improve the Website (we continually strive to improve the Website offerings based on the information we receive from you);

  5. administer Website features or respond to your inquiries or requests;

  6. send periodic communications and/or periodic personalised communications by using the ‘marketing intelligence cloud’. If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future email communications, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email.

How we share your information and Personal Information
Our policy is to not sell, rent, lease, provide or otherwise disclose your Personal Information to unaffiliated entities. We will always let you know if we intend to provide any of your Personal Information to an unaffiliated third party and we will ask you to consent (‘opt-in’) whenever we intend to do so. We have the right to disclose your Personal Information to our operational service providers. Operational service providers may include, but are not limited to, personnel that the we may call upon to design websites, databases, server infrastructure, promotions, or customer loyalty programs, organise, plan, execute Services (including but not limited to event location owners). Our policy is to request that our operational service providers protect your privacy and not disclose your Personal Information to third party marketers that are not associated with the Website, nor are they permitted to use your Personal Information for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We will also share information you give us with third parties if we believe doing so is necessary (a) to comply with the law (b) if you are, have or may violate any law, regulation, the terms and conditions (c) if you are or may be a threat to safety, property, interests or rights of us or others (d) and/or doing so is necessary to investigate, respond to or resolve problems or inquiries or defend our interests. We reserve the right to disclose your non-personally identifiable visitor information to third parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.

Changing your Personal Information
We aim to keep our information and Personal Information about you as accurate as possible. If you would like to (i) review or change the information you have supplied us with or (ii) would like to be removed from our databases or (iii) would like us to stop using your information or Personal Information, please contact us as set out below. You can always change your Personal Information, but that doesn’t change what we have done with the older information.

Changes to this Privacy Policy and withdrawal of your consent
Keep in mind that we can change this Privacy Policy at any time. If we make material changes to our Privacy Policy, we will notify you of those changes by either contacting you via the email address that you have submitted to us, by posting a prominent notice on the Website, or by any other legally permissible manner. We advise you to periodically check this page.

If you wish to withdraw your consent to this Privacy Policy, or if you do not agree to any changes to this Privacy Policy, as mentioned above, you must stop using the Service and the Website immediately. Do note that use of the Services and the Website is subject to your approval of this Privacy Police.

We protect your Personal Information
We maintain commercially reasonable standards of security and confidentiality. We also try to limit information and/or Personal Information access to individuals who need to have such access to perform their responsibilities associated with the Website.

However, the internet and communications cannot be guaranteed to be secure and it is possible that others may unlawfully intercept or access information, transmissions or communications to, from or within the Website.

Your use of the Service and/or the Website is governed by Dutch law. All disputes arising out of or in connection with said use and/or this Privacy Policy shall be solely submitted to the court of Amsterdam, The Netherlands, unless mandatory applicable law provides otherwise.
