Lucien Foort aka Quadrophonia

Lucien Foort might now be known around the world as a celebrated techno DJ, he’s never forgotten where he came from. Quadrophonia was one of his first and most succesfull musical projects. Inspired by the quadrophonics records of the ‘70s where stereo sound was divided over four instead of two speakers he formed Quadrophonia together with Belgian producer Olivier Abbeloos (also of T99) and rapper Marvin D. He scored two global chartbusters and one highly respected artist album with this group in the early ‘90s.

The fiercest frontwoman of the Dutch Underground. It all started in 1989 when a young Saskia Sleger said “screw it” and started her own damn record label. Releasing a string of legendary acid and hip-hop releases, MTV’s James Hyman called it one of the most crucial labels of 1990’s. She also started a very succesfull DJ carreer which in 1995 resulted in her own truck at the Love Parade. If you wanted to throw a phat rave in early nineties, you only needed four DJs. Dano, Gizmo, Buzz Fuzz and The Prophet. Originating from the very first parties of Multigroove, the chemistry between these four guys behind the decks delivered a long line of legendary sets and notorious raves. Even though The Prophet has since left the group, Dano, Gizmo and Buzz Fuzz are still going on strong. With the record choice, mixing skills, musical knowledge and dance floor intuitions, no other DJ collective has come close to becoming as big as the Dreamteam.

DJ Norman started producing records in 1992 under the pseudonym 'The Houseviking' and released several tracks under this name. One year later he started DJ-ing because his 'big brother' Dennis (Deaz D) gave him the opportunity to learn how to spin vinyl behind the decks, as well as giving him the chance to perform in front of a crowd. In those days The Houseviking used to play and produce the 'rougher-style', better known as 'Gabber' later on. In 1995 Norman created a new project for his productions as well as he decided to produce more 'happier' tracks. A new style came up, the 'Happy Hardcore' and The Houseviking tranceformed into DJ Norman. Norman was under contract at 'Combined Forces' well-known for their Labels Rave, Dwarf, Baby Boom, Colors, Deal etc. Norman released two tracks at the Dwarf Label plus a few remixes for projects as Brothers in Crime and DJ Gizmo. Together with DJ Gizmo, Norman ran a Label called, 'Gizmania-X Records'. In that period he regular performed at many big events, such as Rave the City, Thunderdome on Tour, Mysteryland etc. But not only in The Netherlands, also abroad Norman already showed his skills in Clubs like Collossos ( Spain ), Oxa ( Switserland ), Biele Factory ( Switserland, Nr.1 Brescia ( Italy ), Club Mad Lausanne Switserland, etc. Norman has been active in the 'Hardcore-Scene' till 2000. Pieter Heijnen is the founder and creator of Theracords. With always following his true passion for harder styled dance music Pieter has produced over 60 releases and played all over the world. Francesco Zeta (Argese Francesco) was born in 1981 in Torino Italy. Where In 1999
he started to work as a Deejay at a local club in the north west of Italy, playing Techno / Trance Music.
In 2001 he started to work as a freelance artist, playing Hardstyle at various clubs in his area. At the beginning of 2003 he began to produce his own tracks and released several tracks on vinyl’s & CD’s. Some releases of course under an alias because of the various music styles and Labels.
With the co production of "fear & dark", and his major hit "Fairyland", also in 2008 his DJ career picked up and he is now spinning in foreign countries all over the world England, the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, Switzerland & Denmark to name a few. Francesco Zeta has now signed with All Dance Bookings and again is taking his career to the next level. Expect much much more from this Italian mix master.

Josh & Wesz

Josh & Wesz are Jos Beuk and Wesley Kapteijn hailing from Alphen aan den Rijn. They started to DJ in 2002 and started producing their own tracks shortly thereafter. They send a couple of their tracks out to producers like DeazD, Norman and Deepack and received positive feedback. Not long after DeazD asked them to join Shortcut Management.

This gave their career a definite boost and their sound would soon be infiltrating the entire Dutch hardstyle scene. This again led to bookings from Italy, France, Denmark, Germany, Belgium & The USA. Josh & Wesz are now seen as one of the most important duo’s in the Dutch hardstyle scene.

Bob van der Palen (DJ B-Front), Jaimy Ernste (DJ Pulse) and Remco van der Beek (MC Rems) form the crazy & exciting Hardstyle ACT "2-Sidez". Bob and Jaimy met each other approximately two years ago on the internet. Their love for the "louder & more aggressive " sounds in the Hardstyle led to their cooperation and 2-Sidez was soon to be born. The "2-Sidez style" is bolder and rawer then the other styles in this scene and is very popular with the hard crowd. Their first production the track "Fuck it" which they produced in just four hours became a major hit! Jaimy and Bob shared their new production with their good friends Arjen & Anco (Alpha Twins) and soon " Fuck it" was released on A2 records.
Not much later MC Rems joined the group and 2-Sidez started performing live in the Netherlands, Belgium, the UK, Germany, Poland, Italy and Denmark just to name a few.

Remco van der Beek a.k.a MC Rems started his career at a friends party. That night after performing he received a lot of positive reactions, and became more and more interested in the world of MC-ing. After a little practice at some smaller events, X-factor events asked him to host at Poing in January 2006. This was his chance to show off his natural skills for a large audience. That night was a success and his carrier as a professional MC Rems had started.

Andreas Kraemer & Thomas Pogadl started producing back in the early nineties. They formed different labels like the Frankfurt based label, Thai Records, together with Planet Core Productions (PCP). Then they went to produce endless releases for Universal Prime Breaks, Drizzly Records, Overdose , Pulse, Massive Superstar and many other labels. After a short the 2 Techno Labels at Drizzly Records : Construct Rhythm and Form Recordings.with an unbelivable long release list they are a big part of germans techno history and culture. At the start of the 20th century, Andreas & Thomas formed PK Audio Studios (now known as Construct Rhythm), which is based in Frankfurt/Main. In those studios, they produced many tracks and remixes together as many different aliases like Russenmafia, Skysurfer, SOD, Soulfighter and many others on Overdose Production and Drizzly and became very big names in the music scene. Schwarze Puppen - `Schwarze Puppen` (Overdose Records) became one of their most important projects together, the name was taken from an extravagant tale in an African poetry book, which was later interpreted by Klaus Kinski. The music video to `Schwarze Puppen` was inspired from the Edgar Wallace films in the 60`s, which were always in a `film noir` style, and always created a suspenseful atmosphere. This track immediately became a hit, and reached the Top 3 in the German Dance charts and the Official German Top 40! Andreas & Thomas then released a follow-up entitled `

Even though DJ Gizmo will be spinning a rough hardcore set together with his pals of the Dreamteam at Ground Zero, in the Research Department he will show us once again why he is seen as one of the best hardstyle DJ’s around. Born on 3 July 1965, Ferry Salee was already behind the decks at a local rollerdisco in 1982. When he switched to house music in 1989 he took off like a rocket and could be found spinning next to Carl Cox in Ibiza. Things really got out of hand when he joined forces with Dano, Buzz Fuzz and the Prophet to form the Dreamteam.

Gary D. was already a busy DJ in the 1980’s when he was spinning disco, black music and italo disco in German town of Hamburg. In 1988 he experienced the Summer Of Love up close and transformed him as a DJ. Within a couple of years he was a resident of the legendary Tunnel Club and parties like Mayday, Love Parade and Energy.
In 2000 he got infected again this time with the hardstyle virus. Soon he became the most booked German DJ in the Netherlands and received top billing at parties like Hard Bass, Decibel, Mystery Land, and Qlimax.

Marco Comis , alias Jimmy the Sound – JTS wasborn in La Spezia in 1979 –Italy. Jimmy started to collaborate actively with Sigma Records in the year 2000 becoming an important element inside the label crew. In March of the same year came out his first single “Electro cafè” followed by “Kontrasto” until the release of the hit single “L.O.G.I.C.O.” played in the club all over the Europe.
The following singles were “Bow C Bow”, “Modulo”, “Hasta la Vista Baby!” and “Techno Galaxy, real pearls in the hardstyle world. He is the youngest DJ producer of the Sigma label, for wich he works using different names such as , Nitro Man Autokriminal , Mental Shock, 2 Brothers of Hardstyle, D Code, Sexotico. After a killer performance from Kai Tracid at 2006’s Nature One it suddenly became very quiet. His management put out a statement that Kai needed time to relax and rediscover his musical roots. Not that strange since 1997 Kai Tracid had a virtually non-stop presence in the German dance charts. No other DJ has probed to be quite as instrumental for the Dutch hardstyle scene like Richard de Mildt a.k.a. DJ Luna. In the early days when a lot of doubters called hardstyle a passing craze, it was Luna who spinning hardstyle sets which such devotion and progression that it pushed the genre forward. The gave him a steady spot in the DJ booth of all major hardstyle events of that time including Qlimax, Sensation Black, Mystery Land and Shockers. The biggest one proved to be 2005 when he filled the Gelredome with his One Man Show. Especially for Ground Zero DJ Luna will take a trip back to the roots and the sound where it all began.

Super Marco May

A performance of Marco can hardly be called a DJ set. With an almost impossible level of enthusiasm he spreads his energy around the stage orchestrating his audience. During his performance Marco uses a lot of classical music, making it an impressive and bombastic experience. Hence his nickname; the conductor.
Marco was born in La Spezia (Italy) and had his first DJ gig in 1993. In 1998 he started to produce tracks and got his first residency in one of Italy’s finest clubs “Duple” which really got his DJ carrier started. From January 2010 Super Marco May start to work with Nu-Rules (the Hardstyle label of Sonic Solution) and on february of 2010 will be release his first track with this label.

Sascha Started was just a visitor at the Shadowlands vs. Hellraiser rave in the Beursgebouw Eindhoven when he stepped up to DJ Vince and asked if he could say something in the mic. Vince let him have his way and that night MC M-Shane was born. He would perform a lot more with DJ Vince but also with DJ Partyraiser. He has performed at huge events like Nature One, DefQon.1, Dominator, Raving Nightmare and EarthQuake.

Jessica Pearson a.k.a. Miss Twilight was 15 when she saw a DJ mixing hardcore live at an underground party and her passion was immediate. Shortly after she bought her own equipment and was performing several gigs a month in different L.A. venues under the monniker of Twilight. Through her connections with the production company Nuthin’ But Respect she continued her carreer. During a new years eve party she was performing in front of thousands of hardcore fans. Noticing the popularity of hardcore outside the U.S., Miss Twilight started producing to get her sound out there. Since then she has moves to the Netherlands where she is now a working DJ/Producer/Writer/Singer and one of the biggest new talents in the Hardcore scene.

Born in the UK, bred in Amsterdam; Daniel Ubink developed a passion for music at a very young age thanks to active support from his parent. In 1995 he discovered hardcore and could be found dancing his ass off at several small aprties. Intrested in the spinning and mixing side of things, Daniel got the gear and started to DJ himself. His first parties were small events in Almere. To get things going Daniel started to throw his own parties and started his own event organizer DNMC. In 2009 he was performing at Ground Zero for the first time. It was such a succes that he is back this year for more!

MC Axys

Pieter van de Veewey a.k.a. MC Axys is a young MC that earned his spot thanks to his love for high quality music and lyrics. His big dream was to become a world famous DJ and therefore started his own drive-in show at the age of 12. This wasn’t a succes and he started to focus on haardcore. In 2008 he got the chance to play a set at Thunderdome Radio. Afterwards when they asked him how he thought it went, he wasn’t happy. He then did a freestyle rap for them that impressed everybody and he knew he found his place. He has MC’d at events like Ground Zero, Masters of Hardcore, Nature One, Earthquake and many more. Besides working as an MC, Axys is also active a producer.

Like many producers, it all started for Catscan with his Amiga. After several years of honing his skills, he send a demo tape to ID&T that picked him up immediately. His first release was presented at the world famous Thunderdome Records label. His second release ‘Limited 000’ is a true collector’s item since only 300 editions of it have been released and contains the smash hit ‘WOIII’. Working together with DJ Promo on the fifth File release including the hit ‘Midnight Impact’ meant the true breakthrough for Catscan. Several years later, Catscan signed on to Masters of Hardcore and released his big hit Cr8tiv Response: My First Response. Catscan’s remixes have been appreciated by fans throughout and his DJ performances are always top notch.

Mr. Hardcore since ’74’. Started his spinning career in 1993. 1996 Saw him take his first stab at producing at Shadowlands Records, both solo and as a member of the legendary Shadowlands Terrorists. Some hits from those days include ‘Shadowlands Anthem’, ‘Voel Je Die Bass’ en ‘Real Hardcore En Anders Niks’. When the Shadowlands days passed away in ’98, JDA signed a contract with the Italian label D-Boy Black Label. In 2001 he signs on with the Masters of Hardcore crew and starts releasing a string of killer tracks at Paul Elstak’s label Offensive Records. This include classic tracks like ‘Hardcore By Nature’ and ‘Offensive Warriors’. JDA was also the first hardcore DJ to create a mash-up which resulted in ‘Always A Jellyhead’. Next to his many activities in the Netherlands, JDA also performs regularly in Italy, Spain, Germany, Belgium and the US.

Live: Rotterdam Terror Corps

Since 1993 the Rotterdam Terror Corps has been performing as a live act with the intent to bring a hard, dark and powerfull show. This act consists of DJ Distortion, MC Rtsier and two exotic amazones. With more than 1.000 live performances and 500 DJ sets in the last 15 years Rotterdam Terror Corps have brough their hardcore sounds to millions of people all over the world. In the ‘90s they won several awards in the Netherlands and even Switzerland. This act was booked at all major hardcore event in Europe, from Hellraiser to Thunderdome and from Energy to Master of Hardcore. They have also performed in the U.S. several times. These days RTC is still very popular and can be found almost every week tearing a dancefloor apart.

D-Passion

Rik Hoorn, better known as D-Passion, started producing hardcore back in 1998. After getting advice from DJ Promo, he started releasing his first vinyls at the TTM label. He developed his sounds and tracks further at Industrial Movement 2. Next to producing, D-Passion is also a very talented DJ. With his energetic beats, D-Passion takes over every stage by force and brings a heavy dose of creativity and killin’ hardcore beats. Behind the decks D-Passion developed a deep appreciation of effective tracks. Without losing his strength and non-stop attitude D-Passion has proved himself at many large events. It’s about time this man came to dominate at Ground Zero together with The Wishmaster.

The Wishmaster

Fulvio Stramaccioni a.k.a. The Wishmaster build his reputation as killer hardcore DJ in the underground scenes of Rome. After several performances at illegal raves in that city he also started producing. His first release was “Let’s Run Riot” on D-Boy Records in 2000. After this hard hittin’ release he got a steady gig in the well known ‘Gheodrome’ Club in Rimini, Italy. He also stated releasing tracks for labels as Choose or Loose Records, Traxtorm Records and currently Bionic Recordings. The Wishmaster performs all over Europe, including many sets at large Dutch hardcore events.

Enzyme X is the name of a mysterious Enzyme sub-label since the names of the artists responsible for the tracks are never released. The Enzyme X tracks are more progressive, darker, harder, more original and more experimental than the tracks released at the mothership. Because of the success of Enzyme X, the DJ-act Enzyme X has been created. This act can consist of one or more DJ’s that have produced for Enzyme X in the past, like Endymion, Hamunaptra, Mindustries, Nexes, Nosferatu, Ophidian, Ruffneck and Synapse. Nobody nows upfront who will show so we can’t tell you her either. But what we can assure you: this will be a hard, heavy and experimental experience.

Ruffneck is one of the leading names in the history of hardcore. He already started his own Ruffneck Records label in 1993, which became one of the most original and important hardcore labels in the early days. The distinctive sound of the label's named: Artcore. A very appropriate name because his influence caused for a lot more quality and originality in the hardcore scene in the nineties.
When the big hardcore hype was over in 1998, Patrick started two labels named Gangsta Audiovisuals and Supreme Intelligence. With these labels he tried to create a new hardcore sound together with new producers like Nosferatu, Endymion and Ophidian. With these labels he created a fertile base for the future of hardcore, eventually resulting in the establishment of Enzyme Records in 2001. And again, Ruffneck is the mastermind behind one of the most successful hardcore labels. He's still very active producing and remixing tracks, and is taking on a few bookings a year again. In 2008 he played at some major events, like 15 years of Nightmare, Defqon 1 and Thunderdome.

Delta 9

Delta 9 is a hardcore DJ hailing from Chicago who has been producing music since 1994. He started his career with releasing tracks like ‘Deep 13’ and ‘The Hat Tank’ at Drop Bass Network Records. He has also released many classic tracks at Industrial Strength Records. Delta 9 co-owns Psychotik Records. He has more than 40 releases to his credit (including releases under his alias ‘The Imposters’). He has appeared on more than 200 compilation CD’s. In the Netherlands he is most famous for his collaboration with JDA entitled ‘Voel Je Die Bass’. Delta 9 is a cornerstone of the international hardcore scene. And also a steady force at Ground Zero since the man hasn’t missed an edition yet.

DJ Cik’s career started as a a visitor to raves, then a promoter and finally a performing artists spinning and producing his own tracks. Started the Arizona Hardcore Junkies in 1996 with whom he has been producing music and throwing parties ever since. Next to many DJ gigs in Washington, Arizona, California, New York and Nevada, DJ Cik has also performed in the Netherlands many times. He debut performance in 2000 in Arizona’s Club Double Trouble was seen as the birthplace of hardcore in that state. Up to this day Arizona Hardcore Junkies are still throwing raves and DJ Cik is one of hardcore’s fiercest promoters.

Solo or as a member of Micropoint, Radium is a big name in the French hardcore scene. Together with Al Core he laid the foundation of the frenchcore and has had a long list of successful releases. In 1995 Radium started his solo producing career and helped establish labels like Dead End and Psychik Genocide to take hardcore to the next level. In 1998 Micropoint is asked to bring their sound to the Techno Parade in France, driving a crowd of more than 100.000 people absolutely insane. Radium is becoming bigger and bigger and becomes manager at Audiogenic, who become a global success. Many albums and performances later, Radium is still one of the major names in the frenchcore scene.

French bad boy Matthieu discovered hardcore back in 1992. It was a huge revelation for him and invoked a deep and undying passion that still guides his life today. He started Psychiatrik Sound-System with a couple of friends to start throwing their own raves. During his career Tieum released four artist albums and over 60 vinyl releases. He was main man at the record labels Psychiatrik Records, Gobble Records, Tcher No Beat and Altern-Hate. His unique style has many Dutch infleunces but always keeps a typical French touch meaning extra hard and extra raw. In France Tieum is one of the leading names in hardcore and has a global reputation as a killer DJ.

Rob Fabrie a.k.a. Waxweazle started in 1990 as one of the founding members of Holy Noise, responsible for hits like “Father Forgive Them”. “Get Down Everybody” and the most famous one “James Brown Is Still Alive”.

Piero Scarato, a.k.a. System 3 (but also the man behind many well known names in the hardcore techno-scene, such as Max E-Crew, Crime Lab, Deevoid...) started his career in 1991, DJ’ing and playing with an Akai sampler at small parties and clubs. He released his very first record in 1994 - Vitamin Pills “Saturn Rings” with D. Baraldo (with whom he started this adventure) and DJ Ottomix (aka Joe Inferno/Black Machine).
The following year he signed an exclusive contract with one of the best hardcore labels ever: D-Boy Records. System 3 started releasing strong music, including “Keep on fuckin’”, “The devil inside”, “Da Beat”, etc...
After leaving D-Boy Records System 3 started the label Aeon Tracks, releasing classic hits like “Like a shot”, “Smash it” and more music under the name of Deevoid. Having released over 60 singles and countless compilations, collaborations and remixes, Piero Scarato established himself in the elite group of the early hardcore pillars. After a long absence from live performance, in 2007 he was contacted by superstar DJ Dano, who thought that it was time to bring System 3 back on stage, starting with a couple of clubs in Amsterdam and Ground Zero Festival. System 3 also was asked to write two official anthems for the 2009 edition. Nowadays System 3 is working on new releases for 2010, in collaboration with other established artists.

Latest projects: the OFFENSIVE SERIES. A series of floorkillaz that will absolutely make you dance “till you drop”.

Lars always loved music, it started at a very young age. When Lars turned 14 he was already active in the local clubs as a DJ playing records from Hip House to House (period 1988-1993). At the age of 17 he started to work at Mid-town Records, one of the first record stores focused on house music in Rotterdam. Lars developed a taste for the harder styles of house music, and he turned to hardcore in this period. Hardcore was a fast growing style of music, and when the first big raves where given Lars was often part of the line-up.

Giorgio Campailla a.k.a. Placid K was born in Varese (a city located in the north of Italy near Milan) on July of 1975. He began to listen to the harder styles of dance music in the 90’s, especially to techno music. Soon he started to grow a passion for techno. He wasn’t the only one; in the 90’s techno got real and massive support in Italy. After techno there was hardcore. Placid K witnessed the rise of hardcore in Italy and was immediately sold.
The last two years Placid K spent lots of time in his studio resulting in the tracks "C.O.L. e.p.", "G-Member", "Mutation", "B.2.B."& "Malediction" that will be released for the special edition of "Choose Or Lose #015". MC Triggah started his carreer in 2008 when he was asked to host the afterparty of the Dancetour in Leeuwarden. After that he was asked back for parties in the same location (Club Rumours) like 2Fast4Trance and Demon City. Larger events like Indicator and Planet VIP soon followed and pretty soon MC Triggah was present at every party in the north of Holland.
MC Triggah won the Hellbound MC contest and is now performing at events like Cape Fear, Hellbound, Raveworld and Land Of Confusion Outdoor. He is also the resident MC of Sans Souci Berlikum and Indicator.

Alex Friedlhuemer, born in 1969 in Switzerland, started dj’ing in several youth centre like many other dj’s. At the age of 17 he had his first gig at a large club in Zurich. Under his supervision, in april 1990 Switzerlands first techno party took place. As a result of several radio gigs abroad and in Switzerland his very special sound got known all over Europe. From 1994 his sound became harder and harder, resulting in the founding of his own party-label ‘Hellgate’ in 2000, responsible for Switzerland’s biggest hardcore parties. Besides Switzerland, he also had several gigs in Holland, e.g. at the legendary Hellraiser parties. This year, he will perform at Ground Zero for the third time with a booming gig. The name Cut A Kaos is a result from a joke from his friends. Cut is for his quick mixing technique, A for Alex en Kaos represents his chaotic nature.

Collaborations with artist like Claudio Lancinhouse, Micropoint, The Destroyer and LuKas (Headfuck dj team) and many others contribute to Randy’s success. In 2000 he establishes a new hardcore label, called Randy 909% records. On this label, records are released for artists like Radium, The Sickest Squad and Lenny Dee. Petrochemical is a hardcore project from Norway by the duo Andrè Løver & Espen Westum. Since 2004 they make raw darkcore and industrial sounds without sticking to any rule. Espen AKA ToxToy is the dj representing Petrochemical during performances. Since 2002 he has had bookings in Sweden, Belgium, Holland and Germany and many performances followed. In his native county Norway he didn’t have many bookings because of his hard style, the hardcore scene is pretty much dead in Norway. From 1996 ToxToy’s style has been a hard mix of hardcore and schranz to industrial and darkcore.

Kostia and Vitali AKA The Illuminati are two brothers from Israel and started making music in 2005. By working hard to gain knowledge in the studio and playing their music at many parties throughout their country, they were soon known as the first industrial/hardcore act from Israel. In 2006 they brought out their first commercial work, released on ‘Virus 24’ from the Belgian DHT label, which was a remix from dj Bass & dj Antikillah’s ‘We are the vikings’. Under their alias Apex Mind, they became resident producers for Tesikore Records and Gunpowder Records. Additionally, their skills were recognized in the USA by Hard Kryptic Records/Hard X Music team. Nowadays, they have their own label which is overseen bij Hard X Music. In Holland, the brothers are not very well-known, but with their first Ground Zero gig that will change soon.

In the late eighties, Dione started playing at a youth centre, but soon changed to organizing houseparties at Bubbles, Lelystad. He was playing at many of his own parties and also started a radio show at a local station. After a while he started producing a in a very short period, his productions were released on more than 50 albums. In those days, he also presented Holland’s most popular hardcore radio show called ‘Hakkeuh’ at New Dance Radio. As a producer, he moved to ID&T, the organization he was already playing for at big events like Thunderdome, Mysteryland and Earthquake. His most famous track however, he made for DNA Records and is called Pain Till I Die. When he started to produce for DNA Records, Dione also had the opportunity to show his darker side under the alias E-Noid. Glurff is born in East-Berlin and makes his own hardcore sounds since 1993, first on the Amiga 500 and later he’s using AODIX and Renoise. From 1994 he is also performing with his dj sets and live act at the ‘Bunker’ in Berlin. In 2000 he becomes a resident dj in the ‘Tresor’, Berlin where he spins his records at parties like GN Speedlimit, Tresorcore and Friedlich Feiern. After the Tresor comes to an end, the Friedlich Feiern parties continue in the Pulp Mansion, but at that time Glurff is also performing at many other events like the Fuckparade, Triebwerk in Dresden and even the famous Loveparade.

He was one of the first DJ’s in Belgium to introduce new styles like hardcore, breakcore, industrial, braindance, drill ‘n bass etc. These styles came together on raves like ‘Dionysus’ organized by X&Trick. He also started spinning on some of the most legendary underground raves and soon got international attention. After his international breakthrough he started producing and presented his first release in 2004. From 2005 till 2008 X&Trick put most of his energy in touring with his live act all over the world. These days he runs his own label BugKlinik, produces under four different aliases and keeps a tight DJ schedule. His current style is an exciting mixture of jungle, drum ‘n bass, electronica, techno, hardcore and breakcore.

In 1992 the fierce sounds of UK rave acts like LFO, 808 State and The Shamen turned a bass player in a hardcore/trash band into an entirely new direction. In 1997 DJ Speedloader appeared behind the decks for the first time and quickly grew into one of the fiercest supporters of the French hardcore scene.
These days Speedloader is working hard in all parts of hardcore. With his agency Party Uniq he is responsible for the French editions of Megarave. He also tries to shine a brighter light omn hardcore through his work as a journalist and tv producer. In the summer of 2000 three Italian friends came together and started the Sick DJ Team. It was an inventive mix of techno, hardcore and breakcore. They began producing their own tracks which they planned to release through their website. This proved to be a problem so they signed on with Traxtorm Records and its sub-label G-Net Records. They work hard and see their tracks appear on a number of compilation CD’s. In 2005 they release their new sound to the world with their underground hit ‘She’s A Fucking Cocksucker’ on Temple Of Terror 5. To represent this new sound, they change their name to The Sickest Squad. They send a demo to the one of the main men in Speedcore, DJ Radium, and the end of 2005 sees the release of their first EP ‘The Sickest EP’. In 2006 Sirio leaves the Squad and Xtr and Tnd continuo on their own. They continuo to produce non-stop, release many collaborations with artists like Frazzbass, Randy and the man they call Lenny Dee, with whom they release their hit record ‘Boomshakalaka’. After this collaboration Lennt suggests them to start a new project called Techno Killers. For this they use their old moniker of Sick DJ Team. This year will see The Sickest Squad release a whole range of techno, hardcore and frenchcore releases which will invade many a dance-floor.

When a young Crazy-2nr came into contact with the UK underground rave scene, he never left. At age 13 he bought his first set of turntables and started to hone his skills. And even though they were some of the crappiest turntables you’ve ever seen, he DJ career had begun. Three years later he dropped out of school to start working and saving for professional DJ equipment. From that moment his whole life is about creating music and he starts a residency in The Dial in Mansfield. A residency that ends quite abruptly when Crazy-2nr refuses to stop playing speedcore.
Since the UK has not enough underground speedcore parties, Crazy-2nr comes together with some friends and starts throwing the Rigor Mortis parties, for which he handles the bookings. He also performs regularly in countries like the Netherlands, Germany and Switzerland.

Italian Francesco Adornetto, better known as FrazzBass, has been active as a terror producer for more than 10 years. He started out as a member of the Milan Speedcore Project performing live at various raves. He was the first speedcore DJ to use two laptops during a live performance. His inspiration for this dark side of music with theme’s like pain and suffering came from barely surviving a terror attack in Sharm El Sheik in Egypt. Frazzbass frequently collaborates with artists like The Rapist, The Destroyer, Randy, Radium, The Sickest Squad and his regular studio partner Comprex. Started in 1997 with producing and DJ’ing, Noizefucker got his first official booking in 2001. He developed his own sound layered with frenetic, distorted sounds. Stephan Wagner is the man behind the alias iGoA and started producing electronic music in the early ‘90s. He used the classic Commodore Amiga 500 which he had borrowed from a friend. Later he bought he own computer and continued refining his own sound. It would still take several years of hard work and waiting until he felt ready to release his stuff in 2004. On a talent hunt organized by Marc Arcadipane he performed a live set of his hardcore and speedcore productions. His performance made a big impressions and he was booked for parties in Germany, the Netherlands, Switzerland and Austria. His first track ‘Ich Höre’ was released on the Terrornoize Industry E.P. 1 and he has since released tracks on labels like Speedcore Records and Doomsday Records.

Champ-E-On was one of the driving forces behind the success of Multigroove in the early 90’s. Someone so engrossed in music that he never realized that as a DJ he would be in the spotlights. Raoul Böhne, a.k.a. Raul Móniz, was born on 21 February 1990 in Amsterdam. His passion for music was lighted by his old friend Dennis Wout, who asked him to work at the party Magnifique. The first edition of this concept in the Escape Venue in Amsterdam is something Raoul will never forget. He comes home with a newly found focus to become a DJ. Martijn van Langen started to play his music in 1990. Martijn organized his own events in local clubs. In that way he created his own public in the underground scene. So he was a promoter, DJ and event-manager at the same time. He created concepts like 1000% Hardcore, Hard in Nederland, Trance Nation and Rebirth. Together with friends he also had other successful events. At his events he gave many talented DJ’s the chance to perform in front of the party people. Music and Dance was a concept for these talents. It was to promote the unknown DJ talent next to the well known DJ’s. There is an overkill of DJ talent who don't have the right connections to play their music thats the reason Martijn promotes them. He prefers to play vinyl records with three turntables. At this moment Martijn is exploring music programs to make his own tracks.

Adult Force ft Mc Beer

Usually a new cooperation has to grow, but sometimes you instantly know it will be a good one. You never know when it is going to happen, where and how. This project is such a cooperation.
DJ Starbanger & MC Beer both have a carreer of their own in their respective scenes and both have their own way of doing things. Just because they are that different, but eventually want the same thing "the sky is the limit".

You can expect anything from this duo: from crazy dress-ups on the podium to guest performances, various remixes from artists of a random music genre, DJ-tools & mash-ups. In the future this will go hand in hand with bizarre videoclips, because nothing is too crazy for them.

Our style: "Urban Electronics" is a complete new concept with which we broke down all stages in Austria last year. The stages were on the brink of collapsing, because of the crowd which was on it. Now you are prepared for what “Adult Force” could lead too.
One way or the other, the duo can’t wait and hope to show all the things they have in their minds and hearts.
At the moment they are busy in the studio working on new tracks which will be presented at Ground Zero.

As a label manager he has led seven record labels since 1993. As a DJ he has performed at almost any big event in the Netherlands as well as far away abroad (Germany, UK, Hungary, Czech Republic, France, Austria, Switzerland and the US). He began his own organization (Your Dance Management), amongst many things, to organize events (Demon City and Ravers Religion amongst others) and to (re)discover talented DJ’s/artists to help them (Lenny Dee, Franky Jones, Unexist and Brennan & Heart to name a few). He is one of the developers of the Ground Zero Festival concept and works as a freelance advisor for different event organizations. At the moment, he is busy founding a youth centra in his hometown Haarlem and he is an assistant workshop teacher in Kix at the Region College Zaandam.
